Appearance:

Yoshibi standing straight is at about 5' 8", though slouching he is about 5' 4". He weighs 125 lbs. He has dark brown eyes with a red mark that scares the lower eyelid on his left eye the mark extends to mid-cheek. His hair is a light brown hair with streaks of white hidden in it. His build is slim, and athletic. He also has three small black ear piercings on his right ear. Yoshibi always wears a T-shirt, he normally wears a brown T that sports typical decals you might find on any other person.

He also wears light green cargo shorts they have several studs on them holding the fabric together. He also wears a belt that starts on the right side of the waist but lowers to the left upper thigh that is connected by two straps through a metal hoop and then tied. His left hand is bandaged from the middle of his fingers to the middle of his left forearm. The bandage conceals a tattoo of a black dragon that grows depending on Yoshibi's mood.

Yoshibi's mental state could be considered dangerously insane if not completely skitzophrenic. He, at times, suffers from sever mood swings, one minute he can be calm and collected but the next he could be in an explosive rage. Some have even called him bi-polar, or claim that he has multiple personality's.

Background/History:

Yoshibi was an only child, his parents never wanted anything to do with him. Yoshibi's father truly despised Yoshibi, so much so that he had beaten him on several occasions even when he was only a year old. His mother on the other had still disliked her son but none the less treated him the way he deserved. Although she never did stop her husband from beating Yoshibi, she claimed that he had done something to upset his father.


Despite the rough early years of his life he still grew without any complications, apart from his mental disorder, an occasional visit from a 7' 0" monster that was half human and half wolf. It told him things, things he wished he hadn't known, like how his father treated him and how his mother let it happen. Although Yoshibi started to ignore the monster and its voice would grow fainter and fainter, but never truly leave. Yoshibi knew he wanted to stay as far away from his parents as he could, so at the age of 12 he enrolled in the villages ninja academy. Yoshibi had excelled in the academy graduating with high marks, though once he became a genin, at the age of 14, he began to struggle. He would be sent out on missions and half the time he was out with his cell the monster appeared reminding him of his parents and how his cell would do him no good. Yoshibi always thought the monster had a point to what it was saying.

Yoshibi had pressed on with the rest of his cell so he could earn the rank of Chunin. He studied vastly for the written exam, he trained diligently for the fighting portion of the exams as well. Yoshibi being as smart as he was failed the written exam, he got the last question wrong. He vowed that the next time the exams would be held he would pass no matter what happened. He studied and trained as best he could, although about a week after he started the training he remembered his parents. The monster had told him, reminded him about them, Yoshibi had more hate toward his parents with each passing day. Finally the next Chunin exams were held and he passed every exam well, they gave him the title of Chunin at the age of 19.

Yoshibi went on many missions once he was deemed a Chunin, though the monster began to give Yoshibi dark thoughts. He was reminded again of the hatred he had toward his parents, unable to wait any longer he went to his parents house. While they slept Yoshibi had murdered his only family that he had. The following day they claimed that his parents died by someone trying to rob them, Yoshibi was at his happiest that day. He waited several years before he signed up for the Jounin exams, although when he did he expected the exam to be the hardest exam he had taken.

He spend months training and studying for those exams, he studied excessively. He figured he was destined to pass the Jounin exams, it would be hard but easy at the same time. Once Yoshibi started his written exam the monster began to tell him answers. Yoshibi thought that it wasn't fair but at the same time he wanted to be a Jounin so he could have his own cell. Yoshibi put the answers that the monster told him regardless. Yoshibi passed the Jounin exams and was officially deemed a Jounin on his birthday. He decided to celebrate by getting himself a few piercings. After he had finished that he went for a walk around the village where he was caught off guard and almost lost his eye, what he received was his mark as a Jounin from a bandit.

Jutsu

FUUINJUTSU
Fire sealing method B-rank:

This jutsu allows the user to seal a nearby fire into a scroll. The user writes the seal on a scroll and then performs the required hand seals. This causes a vapor to appear from the scroll, enveloping the fire and sealing it on the scroll as the kanji for seal.

GENJUTSU

Tyrant's calling B-rank:

This jutsu enables the user to make a image of themselves in the skies of a village or country or more to send a message.

Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique D-rank:

This jutsu causes the target to see a horrifying vision. First, an imaginary circle of leaves will spin around and envelop the target, falling away shortly after. After a short period, the illusion will begin. This is to make the illusion more convincing, since the user will likely have moved before the illusion sets in.


Sly mind affect technique C-rank:

This jutsu causes the enemy to walk around in circles for hours by making it seem as if they're walking straight to their desired destination. The enemy eventually becomes exhausted after traveling the same path over and over.

Time reversal technique B-rank:

This technique puts the target in a state of reverse hypnosis, allowing them to remember details that they otherwise would not. The target will comply with interrogation, but seems to retain his or her personality while under hypnosis.

Exploding flame shot B-rank:

This jutsu allows the user to shoot multiple fire shots from their hands that is able to cause fiery explosions on impact. The shots can also catch the opponent on fire.

Earth clone technique C-rank:

This technique creates a clone made of mud of the user. Since its made of mud, it can continue to reform and mold itself back to its original shape.

Earth release: wheel of fortune B-rank:

The user summons a large amount of rock form a giant canyon to be used for other jutsu.


Earth release: devouring earth A-rank:

The user controls the ground and makes it crush the opponent like jaws.

Earth release resurrection technique: corpse soil A-rank:

This technique is called the ultimate earth-element resuscitation technique. It resurrects a large numbers of slain people seemingly continuously, but with none of their rationality, physical prowess, or technique at their disposal and are fairly easy to destroy. If the technique is deactivated, the summonings will immediately turn to dust.

TAIJUTSU

Golden Thunder power B-rank:

The user strikes his opponent powerfully and cause them serious physical damage.

Super speed fist A-rank:

This jutsu works in similar properties to the Rasengan. By gathering dark chakra in the user's hand, the user can create a dark orb with two dark rings around it (giving it an atomic look). The user will then plow the orb into the opponent, resulting in the opponent being struck with tremendous bone-shattering force.

Profile looks good for the most part. Only things I have to mention are with the jutsu.

• Tyrant's calling: It isn't the technique itself I have a problem with, seeing as it's merely a tool rather than anything that could be combat useful. The problem is that it is a genjutsu, meaning you would have to be near the person(s) who you want to see it anyway. And doing it over a while village would be damn near impossible unless you were an S-Rank Genjutsu expert.
  
• Time reversal technique: This is mostly an ANBU technique that seems like not many people would know, especially since mind reading techniques are usually very difficult and complex. I'll talk to the other admins about this one for you.
  
• Earth release: wheel of fortune: Would you just add more detail to this so we know exactly how it works, please. Do you actually "summon" the rock, say from a scroll? Which would require you to seal huge amounts of earth into the scroll to begin with. Or do you just pull earth up from the ground, or what?
  
• Earth release: devouring earth: Once again, more detail. You can not 'control' the earth, so is it a jutsu that opens up under them and closes to crush them, or does the jutsu raise the earth up on each side of them and close in? Etc.
  
• Earth release resurrection technique: corpse soil: I am going to deny this for you. Ressurecting techniques are almost always S-Rank, forbidden techniques. Not only does this seem FAR to powerful for an average jounin to do, but there's no explanation in your history as to how you would have aquired or even tried to learn such a dark and potent ability. Once again, I will mention it to the other admins before denying it completely.
  
• Super speed fist: I AM going to deny this for you. Why? Because molding chakra in such a fashion would usually be considered a ninjutsu anyway. But even more importantly - This is a very strong Taijutsu technique, and you have very low Taijutsu, the lowest of all your stats.
